Working Student - CRM / Salesforce in Renewable Energies (m/w/d)

Stellenbeschreibung

• Support the administration and maintenance of our CRM platform, including updating master data for wind and solar plants
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports for different business units
• Support end-users with troubleshooting and handling of CRM-related issues
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Investment) to optimize CRM workflows and data structures
• Help document processes and prepare internal training materials
• Participate in ongoing digitalization projects that integrate Salesforce with other business tools

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Studies, Information Systems, Computer Science (or a related field)
• Basic understanding of CRM concepts; previous experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is a plus
• Technically savvy and proficient in MS Excel and other Office tools (PowerPoint, Word)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured working style
• Good communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Motivated to learn new digital tools and work in an international, fast-paced environment
