• Team collaboration: You will be actively involved in our product management team from day one and support our experienced product managers in the development of new product features
• Ensuring quality: You take care of the testing and automation of testing for new (self-developed) features and our booking routes and backend systems to ensure flawless functionality
• Product improvement: Actively observing and analyzing competition as well as technological trends
• Implementing ideas: You contribute your ideas and independently create concepts for new features based on the competition and market developments
• Taking responsibility: You create meaningful analyses & reports (e.g. A/B tests and funnel analyses) to continuously monitor success and derive recommendations for action

Your Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a university program with above-average performance, ideally in a business-related field or technical / IT-related background (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Global Business Management, Media and Communication science, Business Mathematics, Computer Science or similar)
• Smart problem-solving skills: Strong conceptual skills, including ‘an eye’ for design and user experience, maximum customer orientation and high quality awareness to translate ideas into easy and intuitive to use and attractively designed functionalities
• Analytical and strategic thinking: Analytical and structured as well as independent work approach to improve partner relationships based on data and facts in order to generate concrete actions
• Digital Mindset: High IT and Internet affinity, keen interest in e-commerce and digital trends and good technical understanding or willingness to familiarise yourself with technical topics; initial work experience / internships in the online sector advantageous
• Drive and communication: Excellent communication skills and teamwork to ensure fast and productive coordination with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Language skills: Fluent in English both written and spoken; good knowledge of German is advantageous
