This role involves ensuring the accuracy of client documents, supporting new client onboarding, and managing compliance documentation. You'll also collaborate with various teams, assist with VAT filings, and respond to customer inquiries.

Was du machen wirst:

• Review and verify the accuracy of documents submitted by clients.
• Support your colleagues during the onboarding process of new clients.
• Prepare and send out documents for compliance processes.
• Collaborate flexibly with various subteams, providing support especially during peak periods.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of VAT filings.
• Respond to customer inquiries to ensure a high level of service quality.
• Contribute to the evaluation of regulatory changes and help identify necessary process adjustments.
