We are hiring an HR Working Student (m/f/o) to join our EMEA Human Ressources team and support across the region. You will find transversal tasks in the areas of HR administration, office support, and projects.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Support with all administrative HR processes Support of planning, organization, and realization of employee appreciation measures Processing of incoming and outgoing mail as well as business correspondence in German and English language Maintaining HR files (physical and digital), the HCM system and filing of all HR relevant records/documents Reparation of HR documents and data for HR projects Research on HR-relevant and business-related topics Support of HR marketing measures, in particular events in cooperation with universities, including budgeting, scheduling and material planning Assist with special projects/assignments as needed About Us: Vistex solutions help businesses take control of their mission-critical processes.
