Team

The Onboarding Team is part of the Business Development Department responsible for generating new business and revenue growth with a substantial impact on the overall success of the company.

We guide Banks through the last miles of the sales process and manage all aspects of their onboarding to our platform, i.e. contractual, commercial, operational, reporting, and technical. While being one of the key client contacts and building trustful, long-lasting and successful partnerships we also bridge the bank requirements to our internal setup or other teams (i.e. Legal, Operations, Product/Engineers).

Our international and diverse team will train you to master our tool set and help you develop or acquire the necessary skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence: Support daily tasks related to document creation, adaptation, and translation for partner banks.
• Turn data into insights: Conduct data analysis, create reports, and prepare presentations for internal stakeholders and external business partners.
• Support seamless bank onboarding: Assist in key tasks for new partner bank integrations, ensuring IT readiness and smooth document setup.
• Manage critical documentation: Maintain and oversee documents through our Contentstack System.

Your Profile

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business studies, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured and service-oriented approach to work.
• Previous experience in start-ups or consulting is a plus.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing responsibility and adaptability under pressure.
• You are both a self-starter and a team player, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively.
• You possess excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of French, German, or Italian is a plus.
