Join our dedicated IT team, a dynamic trio committed to ensuring seamless operations across our organization. As a vital support arm, we're composed of two full-time professionals and a team lead, each bringing unique skills and a shared passion for tech innovation and problem-solving. Together, we manage the company's internal IT infrastructure, tackle technical challenges and improving the security step by step.

The Role

• Support internal IT by assisting in daily tasks onsite in our beautiful office, ensuring smooth and efficient IT service delivery. (Please bear in mind that this is a 100% onsite position, with preferably more than 13 hours per week)
• Reset laptops and Mac devices to factory settings, preparing them for new users or disposal
• Assist employees during onboarding as well as with device transitions, including hardware maintenance and setup for optimal performance
• Organize and evaluate old hardware in storage, preparing items for sale or donation by resetting and configuring as necessary

Your Profile

• You are currently pursuing a degree in an IT-related field or possess a keen interest in technology and supporting people.
• You have hands-on learning or entry-level experience in setting up and configuring hardware, such as laptops and desktops, including both Windows and Mac operating systems.
• You possess strong organizational skills and are eager to lean, enabling you to efficiently support us managing the hardware inventory within the IT team.
• You are a proactive communicator, comfortable in reaching out to colleagues for assistance or when providing support, ensuring smooth and effective resolution of tech-related inquiries.
