Team collaboration: You will be actively involved in our partner management team from day one, supporting our experienced partner managers and the management with their daily tasks (e.g. analyzing partner performance, creating management presentations)
Ensuring quality: Updating information about our partners in the CRM tool, updating our knowledge exchange tool, conducting price checks, and performing quality control of our offers on the internet
Advancing partner relationships: Assisting in preparing data and presentations for partner meetings such as performance reviews and contract negotiations; creating management presentations; developing measures with our partners to increase revenue
Product improvement: Actively observing and analyzing competition as well as technological trends
Implementing ideas: Contributing your own ideas, independently creating project plans, and engaging with executives, directors, and vice presidents at an international level.
Taking responsibility: Managing specific topics and being responsible for project implementation including coordination with partners to increase revenue
Your Qualifications
Education: Currently enrolled in a university program with above-average performance, ideally in a business-related field (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Business Mathematics, or similar)
Smart problem-solving skills: Strong organizational, analytical and conceptual abilities combined with quick comprehension and high-quality standards to understand complex interrelationships and a hands-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions
Analytical and strategic thinking: Analytical and structured as well as independent work approach to improve partner relationships based on data and facts in order to generate concrete actions
Digital Mindset: High affinity for the internet, keen interest in e-commerce, digital trends, tourism, and partner management; initial professional experience/internships in partner and/or project management advantageous
Drive and communication: Excellent communication skills and teamwork to ensure fast and productive coordination with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment
Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office
Language skills: Fluent in English both written and spoken; good knowledge of German is advantageous
