These tasks are waiting for you

• You are an essential part of our team, helping us continuously improve products and processes
• You upload documents and files to our systems – reliably and meticulously
• You test our products, identify bugs and errors, and document them
• You prepare tickets and workflows, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
• You create and maintain our API documentation
• Depending on your experience, you can take on more responsibility and independently configure products, including dynamic PDF documents, emails, and pricing algorithms

This is what you bring to the table

• You’re at least in your 2nd semester of a Bachelor's program, ideally with a technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc.)
• You’re eager to grow, learn new skills, and have an interest in programming or want to learn it
• You work carefully and thoroughly, always seeing tasks through to completion
• You’re open and proactive, and you don’t mind when things don’t work out perfectly right away
• You have a strong command of both German and English
