Working Student Supply Chain Management (m/w/d)
Demand planning: Analyze customer demand and forecast future demand for Non-Food products to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely replenishment.
Supplier management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of Non-Food products, monitor supplier performance, and resolve any supply-related issues.
Order processing: Process purchase orders, track order status, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock reconciliations, and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Invoice processing: Verify and process supplier invoices, ensure accuracy of pricing and quantities, and resolve any invoicing issues in a timely manner.
Data analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Optimally enrolled in the last semesters of a degree program in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
General interest in supply chain management and eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Good German skills are a strong plus.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
