  • Demand planning: Analyze customer demand and forecast future demand for Non-Food products to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely replenishment.

  • Supplier management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of Non-Food products, monitor supplier performance, and resolve any supply-related issues.

  • Order processing: Process purchase orders, track order status, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

  • Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock reconciliations, and identify and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Invoice processing: Verify and process supplier invoices, ensure accuracy of pricing and quantities, and resolve any invoicing issues in a timely manner.

  • Data analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Your Profile

  • Optimally enrolled in the last semesters of a degree program in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • General interest in supply chain management and eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

  • Good German skills are a strong plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
