Stellenbeschreibung
- Foster best practices through cross-benchmarking, open communication, and close collaboration across Customer Services and the wider support domain community
- Improve end-to-end operational performance of Customer Service processes, including A220, with a strong focus on On-Time and On-Quality performance
- Define and deploy audit concepts and operational process surveillance, including process adherence, Go Look See activities, and continuous performance monitoring
- Analyze operational data and develop Workflow Control Boards using tools and technologies such as Python, PySpark, SQL, SLATE, AppSheet, and Google Looker Studio
- Use data-driven insights to support compliance, performance improvement, and fact-based decision-making while maintaining close contact with key stakeholders across Customer Services and the wider process community
Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Informatics
- Work experience in the field of IT, Project Management, Process Improvement, Quality Management, Lean Management and Quality Assurance
- Very good knowledge in using Python and SQL and good knowledge in SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel
