Your Responsibilities
- Support the Executive & Head Chef in the day-to-day operation and act as their deputy when required
- Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
- Ensure smooth and efficient service operations
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
- Assist with staff scheduling, ordering, stock control, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with all quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Contribute creatively to the development of menus, seasonal dishes, and culinary concepts
What You'll Bring
- Completed culinary training and several years of experience in upscale dining or hospitality
- Previous leadership experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar supervisory role
- A passion for premium ingredients and contemporary cuisine
- Strong organisational skills with a structured and independent working style
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- The ability to stay calm and lead by example during busy service periods
- A hands-on attitude, strong commitment, and enthusiasm for achieving success together
