Your Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse activities during your shift
Manage and support operational staff
Ensure productivity targets are met
Monitor KPIs and operational performance
Guarantee compliance with safety and quality regulations
Identify improvement opportunities
What You Bring:
Experience as shift lead or team Supervisor (m/f/d)
Background in logistics, fulfillment, or production
Availability for rotating shifts
Good German or English skills
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
German divers license
