Stellenbeschreibung
- Identify and manage key stakeholders across departmental projects and assess change impacts to establish the case for change
- Develop, manage and execute change and communication plans to drive stakeholder engagement and successful adoption
- Establish clear governance and change structures, including effective stakeholder and resistance management and employee engagement
- Advise and consult stream leaders, project core teams and Satair leadership on the effective implementation of change objectives
- Provide change management consulting for projects outside the portfolio, with a focus on stakeholder and resistance management, communication, governance and sustainable change adoption
Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of Communications, Psychology or Business Administration
- Professional experience in the field of Change Management and Public Relations
- Good knowledge of using MS Powerpoint and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English
- English CV required
- Willingness to travel
