Stellenbeschreibung
- Act as the central point of contact for customers, repair stations and internal stakeholders regarding Airbus Proprietary Parts Repair, Lease & Exchange Services, including process status, commercial topics and AOG inquiries
- Manage and monitor Repair, Lease & Exchange Orders and conversions, ensuring suppliers and repair stations meet contractual obligations and targets for time, cost and quality
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities and customer-specific issues, complaints and delivery solutions across suppliers, repair stations, customers and Airbus/Satair internal departments
- Ensure daily communication with repair stations and customers, provide timely status updates, support purchase, sales and material process management, and forecast the timely transfer of piece parts to meet customer delivery requirements
- Prepare performance reports covering claims, SPT, TAT and action trackers, and lead or support projects to improve processes and develop future ways of working
Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of Technics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
- Professional experience in the field of Disposition, Customer Service, Supplier Management, Process Improvement and Project Management
- Good Knowledge in using MS-Office, SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English
- English CV required
