Customer Order Manager (d/f/m)
For our well-known customer Airbus we are looking for a new team member! Your Tasks Manage Repair, Lease and Exchange orders for Airbus Proprietary Parts
Act as the key contact for global customers, airlines, MROs, suppliers and repair stations
Monitor orders, KPIs, delivery times, costs and quality across the end-to-end supply chain
Coordinate customer issues, complaints and AOG requests with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure proactive customer communication on repair status and alternative solutions
Support purchasing, sales and material management processes
Prepare performance reports and support continuous improvement projects
Coordinate the timely transfer of parts to repair stations
Your Profile Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Experience in planning/material procurement
Experience in Customer Service, Supplier Management and Process Improvement
Project Management experience
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, SAP and Google Workspace
Fluent English
German, French or Spanish is an advantage
Strong customer orientation, communication and organizational skills
High level of ownership, resilience and intercultural awareness
