Stellenbeschreibung
- NOE & QSR Inflow Monitoring: Systematically monitor, validate, and analyse incoming Notification Of Escape (NOE) and Quality Survey Report (QSR) requests to evaluate their operational impact across spare parts and kits
- Containment & Defect Mitigation: Define, align, and implement rapid containment actions to mitigate quality defects and prevent non-conforming items from impacting customer operations
- Discrepancy & Task Resolution: Manage Discrepancy Reports (DR) relating to NOE, QSR, and CAPRI processes, collaborating cross-functionally to validate, execute, and close quality tasks efficiently
- Audit Compliance & Process Representation: Actively participate in internal and external quality audits to demonstrate Satair's full compliance with QSR processes and aerospace standards
- Global Network & Project Contribution: Collaborate closely with colleagues across the international department locations, managing and engaging with a global expert network while contributing specialised QSR expertise to cross-functional transformation and process improvement projects
Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of Aircraft Engineering / Aircraft Manufacturing, Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
- Professional experience in the field of Aircraft Engineering / Aircraft Manufacturing, Aviation Mechanics, Process Improvement, Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Maintenance / Aircraft Maintenance, Total Quality Management and Aerospace / Aviation
- Knowledge of using SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent in German and English
