Software Engineer Aerospace Talent Pool (m/f/d)

At Tintschl Technik GmbH , we are continuously looking for qualified Software Engineers to support exciting projects with leading companies in the aerospace and defence sector.
This position is part of our talent pool for current and upcoming aerospace projects across Germany.
Your Tasts Depending on the project and your area of expertise, your responsibilities may include:
Development, implementation and maintenance of software solutions for complex aerospace, avionics and defence systems
Development of embedded and real-time software for safety-critical applications
Software development using programming languages such as C, C++, Python or Ada
Definition, analysis and implementation of software requirements
Design and implementation of software architectures, modules and interfaces
Integration of software components into complex hardware/software and system environments
Development and execution of software tests, test cases and automated test procedures
Support of software verification, validation and integration activities
Debugging, troubleshooting, defect analysis and resolution of software-related issues
Support of avionics interfaces and communication protocols , such as ARINC, CAN or similar technologies
Preparation and maintenance of software specifications, technical documentation, test reports and certification evidence
Support throughout the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements and design to integration, testing and release
Collaboration with Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Testing and other interdisciplinary teams
Ensuring compliance with applicable aerospace development processes, quality standards and customer requirements
Your Profile Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a comparable technical field
Professional experience in Software Engineering, ideally within the aerospace, aviation or defence industry
Previous experience in an Airbus or comparable aerospace environment is highly preferred
Good programming skills in at least one relevant language such as C, C++, Python or Ada
Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
Embedded or real-time software development
Avionics software
Software integration
Software Verification & Validation (V&V)
Test automation
Simulation software
Safety-critical software development
Knowledge of development and engineering tools such as Git, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, DOORS, SCADE, MATLAB/Simulink or comparable tools is an advantage
Knowledge of aerospace standards and development processes such as DO-178C, DO-254 or similar safety-critical standards is a strong plus
Understanding of software requirements, configuration management, traceability and software lifecycle processes Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary and international teams
Fluent English is required
German language skills are a strong plus
