Stellenbeschreibung
- Securing on time and on quality delivery performance based on Key Performance Indicators, with immediate containment actions in order to protect the Airbus industrial system (mainly Airbus Final Assembly Lines) and Initiating and following recovery plans with suppliers in case of delivery or quality performance degradation
- Industrial qualification of couple products and suppliers according to Airbus Supplier Requirements (ASR) and in accordance with airworthiness requirements and Conduct industrial supplier audits and assessments
- Development of industrial capacity and capability of cabin suppliers to achieve Airbus strategic targets (e.g. ramp-up, sustainability) using continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. APQP, Lean) and joint development projects (e.g. SQIP) and Monitoring New Product Introduction and Transfers of Work through the supply chain to ensure E2E consistency and on time and on quality performance
- Proactive management of industrial risks coordinating with internal and external concerned parties and Managing interfaces with internal stakeholders, such as MFT leaders, programs and FALs (communication, customer/supplier relation & meetings, improvement actions)
- Communicating at all levels within the supplier's organization and Airbus to influence the decision making
Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain
- Professional experience in the field of Supplier Management, Aerospace, Risk Management, Total Quality Management, Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain / Logistics
- Good knowledge in using Windows, SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English, proficient in German
- Willingness to travel: maximum once per month (worldwide)
